Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Personal care and skincare devices that have been used on skin

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
